The renovation of the existing building, formerly occupied by a Barnes & Noble store and PNC Bank branch, now accommodates multiple jewelry brands, including a Rolex showroom, dedicated area for bridal jewelry, customer service, luxury handbag sales area, and giftware. The opposite side of the building serves as the headquarters for Radcliffe, featuring individual offices, open office spaces, conference rooms, and large break room.

A new family-owned high-end jewelry in Buckhead Village features a Rolex showroom, Cartier showroom, spacious bridal area, and large variety of watch brands. The design approach aims to elevate sophistication and elegance, using neutral colors and custom graphic luxurious wool rugs. Additionally, the jewelry displays are uniquely shaped and finished to enhance the overall aesthetic.

Nestled in the heart of Philadelphia’s vibrant Rittenhouse Square neighborhood, the newly renovated store houses Rolex and Patek Philippe showrooms along with other high-end watch brands. The shape of arched windows was brought to the interior, highlighting the classic architecture of the existing windows. The interior finishes are elegant and sophisticated, featuring dark shades of rich velvet, bronze mirror, back-painted glass, and marble.

A high end jewelry store in new development at the Village at Ellis Preserve including Rolex showroom, David Yurman and Tudor. The approach to interior design was to create cohesiveness between exterior and interior of the store. The store has strong graphic elements incorporated in custom rugs and ceiling wallcovering with bold lighting fixtures.

This new construction project in the heart of Washington, DC, features 15 co-living units, offering a modern and innovative approach to shared living. The property includes a total of 67 private bedrooms, distributed across units with 2, 4, 5, and 6 bedrooms, each designed to provide residents with their own personal space while fostering a sense of community. Fully furnished and thoughtfully designed, each co-living unit combines comfort and functionality to meet the needs of today’s urban dwellers.

The vibrant lobby serves as a welcoming space with a seating area, bike storage, and a repair shop, promoting a healthy, active lifestyle for residents. This project represents the future of urban living, combining privacy with shared experiences in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Satin Moose collaborated with Luua Design Studio to bring to life the construction drawings for a high-end dining experience, inspired by Syrian design aesthetics. This project highlights a sophisticated blend of culture, craftsmanship, and functionality. The restaurant features intricate details throughout the space, including custom-designed screens, intricate floor patterns, and ornate wall treatments that capture the essence of Syrian artistry. Special attention was given to the bar design and the large, custom banquette seating, ensuring comfort and style for every guest. Each element was carefully curated to create an inviting atmosphere while reflecting the rich heritage of Levantine cuisine.

HOHM is a modern, 149-unit multifamily building located in the vibrant Highlandtown neighborhood of Baltimore. This development represents a perfect blend of contemporary living with stylish design elements that cater to young, urban residents. In collaboration with Luua Design Studio and Satin Moose, we provided comprehensive furniture space layouts and curated furniture selections for both the amenity areas and individual units. The furniture choices are modern, with carefully selected color accents designed to enhance the space and create a dynamic, youthful atmosphere. These elements not only elevate the aesthetic of the building but also foster a vibrant, contemporary living experience for residents.
